Your account and privacy
Your account holds what you track, everything you logged and your subscription. Here is how to log in, keep it safe and delete it if you want to.
Updated
Logging in
Loggr has four ways to log in: Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, Continue with Apple and your email address with a password. They are the same on iPhone, Android and the web.
Always use the method you signed up with. Another method creates a new, empty account, which is the most common reason data seems to be missing.
Forgot the password of an email account? Tap Forgot password? on the Log in screen and you get an email to set a new one.
Your account
Go to Settings and tap your name under Profile. Under Account information you see your name and email address.
For an account with an email address, you change your Name here and, with Change password, your password. If you log in with Google, Microsoft or Apple, that service manages your name and password.
Delete your account
- Go to Settings and tap your name under Profile.
- Under Danger zone, choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete.
Loggr then deletes your account, with everything you track, all your data, your settings and your reminders. This cannot be undone. Want to keep your data? Export it first.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store first.
Privacy
- What you track and your values are stored in your own account with Google Firebase, in data centres in the EU. Only you can read them when logged in.
- Insights are calculated on your device. Your values are not sent to any outside service for them.
- Loggr does not sell your data and shows no ads.
- Purchases go through RevenueCat, the App Store and Google Play. The help chat runs on Aidbase.
The full details are in the privacy policy.
Log out
Go to Settings and tap Log out at the bottom. Your data stays in your account and is back as soon as you log in again.
Frequently asked questions
I can't get in. Which login method did I use?
Your data belongs to the account you signed up with, so use the same method as the first time: Google, Microsoft, Apple or your email address. Logging in another way creates a new, empty account.

How do I change my name or password?

This only works for accounts made with an email address. If you log in with Google, Microsoft or Apple, your name and password are managed by that service.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, tap your name under Profile, and choose Delete account under Danger zone. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete.
Loggr then deletes your account with everything you track, all your data, your settings and your reminders. This cannot be undone. Want to keep your data? Export it first.

How do I log out?
Go to Settings and tap Log out at the bottom, under About. Your data stays in your account and is there again when you log back in.
