Look back with Timeline
Timeline shows your data, newest day first. Use it to look back at a week, spot the days you forgot, and jump to a day to change it.

The strip of days
At the top of Timeline is a strip with the last 30 days, today and the next few days. A dot under a day means you logged something that day, so gaps stand out at once.
Tap a day with a dot to scroll to its card. Tap a day without a dot to open it on Today and log it.
A card per day
Below the strip, each logged day has a card with the values of your switched-on trackers. Trackers you did not log that day show a dash.
Tap a card to open that day on Today, where you can change any value.
Further back
Timeline covers the last 30 days. For older days, go to Today and tap the date to pick any day in the past. For trends over weeks, months or a year, use Stats.
