Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Loggr (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Loggr is operated by Bliqo OÜ ("we", "our", or "us"), an independent ("Indy") app developer registered in Estonia.

Loggr is a mobile application designed to help users create, store, and manage logs and related information.

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the App at any time to improve functionality or comply with legal requirements.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Loggr.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Loggr may offer free features and optional paid subscriptions.

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments and subscriptions are processed by:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

We do not handle or store payment details.

5.2 Renewals & Cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Cancellations must be managed through your App Store or Google Play account
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's policies

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the App's security or operation
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload in Loggr.

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your data.

Loggr and all related intellectual property, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Bliqo OÜ.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of Loggr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that Loggr will be:

• Error-free
• Always available
• Free from data loss or interruptions

Scheduled maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

You may stop using Loggr at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• The service is discontinued

Upon termination, your access to the App may be removed and your data handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Loggr is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bliqo OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the previous 12 months, or zero if you used a free version

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

EU consumer protection laws remain applicable where required.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
